A crisis is defined as a dramatic circumstantial or emotional upheaval in one’s life. Though crises come in myriad forms, our foundation typically assists in situations in which our donation will bring resolution to the problem, or bridge the gap to a foreseeable solution.
Our foundation has assisted individuals and families facing crises of all kinds. We have provided financial assistance to parents who have lost wages and jobs while caring for sick children, and have provided funds for medical care, living expenses, and basic necessities to help individuals and families to keep their heads above water when disaster strikes.
We understand that there are many ways in which an individual or family can be affected by an unforeseen crisis, and we will consider all requests for assistance on an individual basis. To request a donation from our organization, please explain the situation on the donation request form, and fax it to the number provided. If we are able to provide financial assistance to the cause described, the recipient will be required to sign a contract of agreement stating that the funds will be appropriated accordingly.
